Whether you’re placing an order, requesting a replacement or making an inquiry, you can count on our associates for friendly, knowledgeable assistance. If you are less than satisfied with any of the wines in a collection, they’ll see that it is promptly replaced.

Shipping

Individual state laws regarding the transportation and delivery of wine determine where we can ship your order and how long it may take to arrive. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.

Replacements

We package your wines with the care required to ensure their safe arrival. In the event that your shipment suffers damage in transit, discard any broken or leaking bottles and contact us for a replacement. If you are less than satisfied with any of the wines in a collection, let us know and we’ll promptly replace it. Learn more about our Wine Guarantee.

Cancellation

If you wish to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel your ongoing Wine Club shipments, please contact us and we’ll take care of it right away. Please note that an order that is already in progress cannot be halted. Your membership will be cancelled before the next shipment. We cannot provide a refund for an order that has been processed.

Details

Your membership in the Williams-Sonoma Wine Club begins when you purchase one of our superb club collections.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine from Williams-Sonoma.
A person at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for your delivery. UPS and FedEx cannot leave wine without this signature. For this reason, we cannot ship to a post office box. Some customers choose to use their work address for wine deliveries.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
You’ll receive an email when your wine ships, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.

Partnership

Williams-Sonoma works in association with the Global Wine Company to ensure that all wines are shipped in compliance with state laws.

Williams-Sonoma is closely involved in selecting the wines offered through the Williams-Sonoma Wine Club. Williams-Sonoma has carefully selected a wine partner, the Global Wine Company, to operate the Williams-Sonoma Wine Club. Global Wine Company ensures that all wine sales are made by a licensed retailer in compliance with state laws. Your wine purchase will be a separate transaction from your purchases on the Williams-Sonoma site and will ship separately with respective tax and shipping/processing charges applied. Due to state laws, wine can be purchased only by legal adults. Wine may be shipped only to legal adults in the following states: AZ, CA, DC, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WV, WY
